Refund policy
1. Scope & Eligibility
This policy applies to all orders placed via Ameerah, fulfilled through Zabeel Drop Shipping. You may return unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened or used:

Liquid skincare (serums, toners, cleansers)

Makeup products (foundation, lipstick, eyeshadow, mascara, etc.)

Applicators (brushes, sponges)

Samples, travel-size items, and clearance or final-sale products
3. Return Conditions

The product must be in new condition, sealed, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

Include the original invoice or packing slip in your return.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@ameerah.com within 1 days of delivery. Provide:

Order number

Date of delivery

Product names and reasons for return

Photos of the sealed packaging

We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

Return authorization (RMA) number

Return shipping address (supplier/warehouse of Zabeel Drop Shipping)

Ship the items back within 7 days of RMA issuance using a tracked carrier.

Keep proof of shipment; Ameerah is not responsible for items lost en route.
5. Refund Method & Timing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless you request store credit.

We’ll process the refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Depending on your bank, credit may appear within 7–10 business days.
6. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product, please follow the standard return process and specify the item you want in exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Additional shipping fees or price differences may apply.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours, providing:

We'll offer a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.
8. Customer Returns & Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of return, please contact your bank first.

This policy adheres to consumer protection regulations applicable in Qatar and the GCC.
